We have learned that this particular cross has had the following trend in weights so far for us:

Birthweights - Normal, as expected.

Weaning weights - Normal, as expected.

THEN, not much growth between WEANING and YEARLING. Followed by abundant growth between YEARLING and 18 MOs PRE-BREEDING.

Though we were a tad puzzled at first, patience paid off. These ladies are a great group!
