'Rex' is out of our F1 Red Super Baldy heifer "Bridle" and was sired by our registered Charolais bull "Redford".
Mr. Rex continues the "RRR Cortados" now being offered in a bittersweet fashion. At 120# BW, he had to be pulled on Easter Eve. We believe this was one of those freak events that happen - our Charolais bull has been solidly giving us low BW calves. Bridle was a large calf at 84# herself and maybe that was on her. Coming into the world this way was hard (on Bridle and I) but look at the blessing he turned out to be. Mom and baby are safe and healthy thanks to our cowboy Jarod and the Lord's hand in this - a true Easter miracle.
